The Touba ExperienceUnderstand the cup you’re about to love
What Café Touba is, the spice that defines it, and how to brew the ritual at home.

Senegal’s spiced coffee
Café Touba is a spiced coffee that originated in Senegal and takes its name from the city of Touba. Traditionally brewed strong and often sweetened, it is defined by the aromatic spice blended into the coffee — most notably Grain of Selim.
It is more than a beverage. Across Senegal it is a daily ritual and a point of cultural pride, served in homes, markets and gatherings alike.
