Rates & delivery
Standard Shipping — $8.99. Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, and free shipping is applied once your order total reaches $75.
Where we ship
At launch we ship within the United States only. We hope to add more destinations over time.
Order processing & tracking
Orders are packed and dispatched promptly. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Delivery estimates are counted in business days and begin once the order has shipped.
Delays
Carrier delays can occasionally happen due to weather, peak seasons or events outside our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and will help however we can.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive when the tracking indicates it should have, please contact us as soon as possible at info@toubabrew.com with your order number and we’ll help make it right.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
Returns & refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because TOUBABREW coffee is a consumable food product, the terms below help us keep every customer safe while making things right when they go wrong.
Opened product
For food-safety and quality reasons, opened coffee products are not eligible for return due to preference or change of mind. If an opened product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us — we will review it and resolve it appropriately, as described below.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or quality issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@toubabrew.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review it and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Unopened product
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at info@toubabrew.com with your order number. You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item you received was incorrect or damaged, or the error was caused by TOUBABREW, in which case we cover it. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify, our secure checkout provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@toubabrew.com. We can often help before the order ships, but can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Café Touba is a spiced coffee that originated in Senegal, traditionally infused with Grain of Selim (Xylopia aethiopica). TOUBABREW crafts it with premium coffee for a bold, aromatic cup.
Grain of Selim (Xylopia aethiopica), also called Guinea pepper or djar, is a West African spice with a warm, peppery, subtly floral aroma. It gives Café Touba its signature character.
Use about one heaping tablespoon per cup with water just off the boil. Brew strong via drip, French press or traditional method, and sweeten to taste.
Each pouch contains 250g (8.8 oz) of coffee. How many cups that makes depends on how strong you brew and your serving size.
Keep the pouch sealed using its resealable zip, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture for best freshness.
Yes — TOUBABREW is a real coffee blend and contains caffeine.
